VINIFICAZIONE: Vinificato in acciaio a bassa temperatura
e permanenza sulle fecce per venti giorni.
ABBINAMENTI: Ottimo come aperitivo e con piatti a base
di verdure, grigliate di pesce e formaggi.
NOTE DI DEGUSTAZIONE: Colore giallo paglierino
intenso, al naso si presenta floreale con note di zagara e
ginestra, fruttato con note di frutta tropicale, albicocca e
pesca, in bocca si presenta equilibrato, fresco, sapido e
persistente.

SOIL TYPE: Of volcanic origin, mainly sandy
rich in skeleton and organic matter.
VINIFICATION: Vinified in steel at low temperature
and permanence on the lees for twenty days.
PAIRINGS: Excellent as an aperitif and with base dishes
of vegetables, grilled fish and cheeses.

TASTING NOTES: Intense straw yellow color, the nose is
floral with notes of orange blossom and broom, fruity with
notes of tropical fruit, apricot and peach, in the mouth it is
balanced, fresh, sapid and persistent.
